Mainstream Completes Two Restaurants and Starts Two More

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Florida, July 21, 2006 – Mainstream Construction Group, Inc., a
specialist in small box retail, restaurant and commercial construction, has recently
completed the construction of two new restaurants for Crisper’s Salads & Such, and has
another two under construction for a combined value of $2.1 million for the gourmet salad
and sandwich eatery. Completed are restaurants in Davie and Tampa, Fla. Two new
Crisper’s are under construction one each in Jacksonville and Safety Harbor, Fla. All four
restaurants reflect Crisper’s new corporate prototype of approximately 5,400 square feet
and a seating capacity of 176.
Mainstream Construction Group, as the exclusive contractors for Crisper’s, has built 34
restaurants for the chain in the past five years. Publix is the majority owner of Crispers.

 

Mainstream to Renovate Shopping Center

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Florida, August 7, 2006 – Wekiva Springs Plaza, owned by
Woolbright Development, Inc., is about to get a facelift. Mainstream Construction Group,
Inc., a specialist in small box retail, restaurant and commercial construction, recently
secured the contract for general contracting services to remodel the strip center located
in Longwood, Fla. According to John J. O’Donnell, President, Mainstream Construction
Group, the $2 million worth of work will be completed in September 2006. The project
was designed by The Scott Partnership Architecture, Inc., Orlando, Fla.

Mainstream Nears Completion of First Project for Dunkin’ Brands

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Florida, August 14, 2006 – Mainstream Construction Group,
Inc. is nearing completion of its first project for the largest coffee and baked goods
chain in the world, Dunkin’ Brands, Inc. The Altamonte Springs-based
construction services company provided general contracting for the construction of
a free-standing, multi-brand combination shop in Winter Haven, Fla. The 1,800
square foot restaurant houses two of Dunkin’ Brands’ most well-recognized
names: Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin Robbins. Under construction since March
2006, $705,000 project is scheduled for completion in August of this year.

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Florida., October 27, 2006 – Altamonte Springs, Fla.-based
Mainstream Construction Group, Inc., a specialist in retail construction, recently
completed a 6,500 square foot, multi-tenant retail building for CBL & Associates
Properties, Inc. (NYSE:CBL) at Cobblestone Village in Royal Palm Beach, Fla. The
$980,000 project retail space, completed in September, was designed by Artech Design

Mainstream Construction Group Names Estimating Manager

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, FLorida, November 14, 2006 – Jeffrey A. Fuller has been
named estimating manager at Mainstream Construction Group, Inc., a specialist
in small box retail, restaurant and commercial construction. The twenty-five year
veteran of the commercial construction industry oversees the department
responsible for pre-construction, budgeting and estimating services at the Central
Florida-based contracting company. Fuller has a bachelor of science in building
science from Auburn University’s School of Architecture.

ALTAMONTE SPRINGS, Florida, December 1, 2006 – Mainstream Construction Group, Inc.
is pleased to announce its most recent contract with Crispers Fresh Salads & Such for a
new standalone restaurant in Port Charlotte, Fla. According to John J. O’Donnell,
president, Mainstream Construction Group, the construction company will adapt Crispers’
largest prototypical design to the site. The 5,400-square-foot eatery is under construction
at the corner of Peachland and Cochran Boulevards in the Southwest Florida community.
The new restaurant is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2007.

completed construction of its latest Crispers Fresh Salads & Such restaurant this week in
the Boardwalk Suntree shopping center in Melbourne, Fla. Providing general contracting
services, Mainstream completed the new 3,600-square-foot prototype in just 60 days.

restaurants for the Florida-based gourmet salad, soup and sandwich chain. Publix is the
